The Space

Spanning over 1,700 sq. ft., the home features a reverse floor plan designed to maximize the views. Enjoy front and back decks on every level and an elevator that provides easy access to all floors. The upper level showcases an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area bathed in natural light through vaulted ceilings and transom windows.

Living Room: Three comfortable loveseats, large-screen TV, and direct deck access for ocean views and salty breezes.

Dining Room: Seats 6 at the main table plus 3 at the breakfast bar — perfect for shared meals and game nights.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook with ease.

Bedrooms

Primary Suite (1st Floor): King bed, desk/workspace, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and access to oceanview deck.

Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Queen bed with direct access to the soundside deck.

Bedroom 3 (1st Floor): Queen bed with soundside deck access.

Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): Two twin bunkbeds; full bath with walk-in shower across the hall.

Linens Included! Sheets for all beds plus one bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth per person.

Outdoor Living

Take in the scenery from two oceanside decks and two soundside decks with comfortable seating and outdoor dining areas. The home also includes beach chairs, a beach cart, picnic table, outdoor shower, and a storage area under the carport for all your gear.

This property offers Keyless Access Entry for a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Codes are given upon check-in and will no longer work after check-out time. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am sharp!
No smoking or vaping allowed.
No grill is provided at this home. You may rent one as long as you use it 15 feet away from the structure, according to fire code.

**Guests are required to be a minimum of 25 years old, provide valid ID, authorize a security deposit hold, and sign a lease and addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management within 48 hours before the reservation is confirmed. Guests that are not related must be 30 years old, and all guests in the party must present a valid ID and sign a lease with addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management; no house parties allowed. Blue Anchor Property Management has the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if any of the above requirements have not been met.**
