This home is professionally managed by Blue Anchor Property Management. We are here to ensure you have a wonderful and seamless stay. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but our team is just a phone call or message away if you need anything at all.
Step into the bright and airy upper-level living space, where abundant natural light floods the open-concept layout. The modern, coastal-themed interior invites you to relax, with a comfortable living area featuring an electric fireplace and stylish seating perfectly positioned to enjoy the glass-front view of the Atlantic. The upscale, well-equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and bar-height seating for four, while the adjacent dining area seats six, creating the perfect setting for shared meals with an ocean backdrop.
This home comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests and is packed with features to enhance your stay:
* **Direct Beachfront Access**: Your own private walkway leads you directly to the sand and waves.
* **Oceanview Hot Tub**: Unwind in the hot tub while listening to the sounds of the ocean.
* **Elevator**: Enjoy convenient, easy movement between all floors of the house.

**Sleeping Accommodations:**
* **First Floor | Bedroom 1**: Primary Suite with 1 King bed, 1 Twin sleeper chair, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring dual vanities, a jetted tub, and a separate shower.
* **First Floor | Bedroom 2**: 1 King bed, 1 Twin sleeper chair, a smart TV, and a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom with a shower.
* **First Floor | Bedroom 3**: 1 King bed, a smart TV, and a shared Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom with a shower.
* **First Floor | Living Room**: Two Queen pull-out sleeper sofas.
* **Second Floor | Bedroom 4**: 1 Queen bed with a Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom (full).
* **Second Floor | Bedroom 5**: Two Twin bunk beds (4 twins total), 1 Twin sleeper chair, and a shared Jack-and-Jill ensuite bathroom (full).
* **Booking Requirements**: To confirm your reservation, all guests must meet the following requirements within 48 hours of booking:
* The primary renter must be at least 25 years old (for family groups) or 30 years old (for non-related groups).
* All guests in non-related groups must be at least 30 years old.
* Provide a valid government-issued ID.
* Authorize a security deposit hold.
* Sign a lease and addenda with Blue Anchor Property Management.
* **Important**: Blue Anchor Property Management reserves the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours if these requirements are not met. No house parties are allowed.
* **Check-In/Out**: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM.
* **Linens**: Linens and towels for 12 guests are included (for 3 King, 1 Queen, and 4 Twin beds). If you require linens for the sleeper sofas or sleeper chairs, please contact our office to place an additional order.

We had a perfect family vacation. I don't know if I can go back to staying off the beach now that I have experienced oceanfront! The house was lovely, well decorated and had everything we needed. We used the beach items frequently and it was so nice to have it already there and not have to bring things in. The location was great, we walked to shops and restaurants. Parking and entering the house were so easy. I honestly don't think I have one complaint. We had plenty of space for everyone and we really liked that there were multiple king beds. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was great for a multigenerational family vacation. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The view of the beach was fantastic. The elevator came in very handy. The tiny fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful home. Great location. Management company is amazing. House is slightly blocked on left and sits back further than other houses. But super close to bridge which is great! Mattress was good….it was quiet. No food provided (less than other houses). But it plenty of cleaning supplies etc. huge house lots of room. Super clean ????

The house and location are stunning! Amazing beach front lot with incredible views and one of the most dog-friendly properties we’ve experienced. Easy access to the beach and great assortment of beach accessories in the garage allowed us to travel light! Walking distance to food and bars! Overall a great stay and would certainly book again!

Perfect Beachfront Home!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beachfront home. We stayed with extended family and it was perfect for our group. Everything was as pictured (maybe even better). The property manager was wonderful and very communicative. Check in and check out were very clear and easy. The house is in a great location- walkable to restaurants and shops but didn’t feel too crowded in the beach. The house had everything we needed, including beach toys and chairs. I highly recommend this property- one of the better houses we’ve stayed at on Topsail (I’ve been coming for over 20 years).
So glad you gave us your stamps of approval! This property is fabulous and Topsail Beach is a quiet and serene place!

SurF City Thanksgiving

Our family (8 adults, 6 kids) decided on Surf City, NC as a central place to gather for Thanksgiving in 2024. We ended up at "Shore Bet" in Surf City, NC and were not dissappointed. This well cared for home is situated directly on the beach, and in walking distance from the town's main pier. The house is beautifully decorated and creatively designed. It is also very well stocked. The home even has an elevator, which helped tremendously in the loading and unloading process. We definitely plan to return.

We had a lovely stay at Surf City with my huaband and I and kids with friends. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The views of the sunrise were amazing and the ocean visible with large windows in every room facing it. We had our dog and were able to take him out on beach walks which he really enjoyed, then had a nice confined area he could use for potty breaks at the bottom of the stairs.
The kitchen had all I needed to make several meals and was clean.
There are a lot of stairs, but if have the elevator can work around that. As it was off season we did not awim too much in the ocean, but there is a good outdoor shower too!

We enjoyed our stay at Shore Bet and would stay there again. It is a nice house with a great view of the water and its own beach access, and the location is also walkable. It was nice to have two decks, because one is shaded. We found the house clean and comfortable. Overall it was a relaxing stay.
Regarding the management company, I had to contact Lori, the property manager, about a couple of issues and she was responsive.
Just a note to be aware that unlike other AirBnb's, the bed linens are in a tupperware container outside the home and you have to put the linens on the beds yourselves. You'll need to request "bed service" ahead of time if you want them to be made up for you, which we did not know. Also, the in-home elevator malfunctioned as we were checking out of the house. Lori was quick to respond to the situation, but now I am wary of in-home elevators.
Overall, it was a nice house for our family and we would stay again.

This was a large house right on the beach. You could not ask for a better location. Easy access to the sand with uninterrupted views of the ocean, yet walking distance to all Surf City has to offer. We went with some of our adult kids and our infant through early grade school grandkids. There was plenty of room and something to do for everyone.

Our family of 10 ranging in ages from 8-80 had a great time. Excellent location. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The elevator was a plus for my 80 year old parents and to get heavy bags and groceries upstairs. We appreciated the little doggie area so our dogs didn’t have to get Sandy when needing to use the bathroom. Very comfortable. Only thing missing was a bbq. Would stay again.
We are so pleased that your entire family enjoyed the house and it's location. Shore Bet has become a favorite for large family gatherings since it has an elevator and the bedroom setup is perfect for people of all ages. I do apologize for no grill on site. It is our policy not to keep a grill on site due to several houses burning down on the island from grill fires. We do allow grills from Sweet Dreams to be rented since they clean them thoroughly each time. We hope you will come back year after year!

It has so many fabulous, well-thought-out details! From eight high quality Maui Jim beach chairs in top condition ready for our use in the basement to having our linens and towels already ordered and ready for us on arrival, we were pleased. It is literally right on the beach, with a minimum walk from the walkway to the water. It was easy in and easy out. It had lots of fabulous kitchen items. There were large TVs in every bedroom and the living room. The beds were all comfy. This house was just perfect and just as advertised. We will definitely stay here again! Blue Anchor Property was amazing from start to finish! I highly recommend them! Extremely clean and also pet friendly. 420 North Shore Ave. was so beautiful and well appointed, perfectly situated and oceanfront???? So much care and thought into making the home just as comfortable for a family as it is aesthetically pleasing to look at. The home even had a small enclosed backyard for the pets to use which made pottying and clean-up a breeze. The porches and walkways are also enclosed and a great place for the pups to safely get exercise. Good to note that our 6lb chihuahua was able to squeeze through the gates but our 12lb poodle could not????

Great house for a family with children and pets! Beautiful ocean views with a private entrance to the beach. Also ideal for responsible pet owners; a designated FENCED IN pet "bathroom" ! . Elevator is helpful for grandparents or to aid in stocking the kitchen upon arrival!
Grocery stores and supplies are all within walking distance, yet you still have a privacy feel with the size of the house.
Blue Anchor was great to work with and responsive to requests. We have booked again for our 2025 family vacation.

They thought of everything!

This property was amazing! It was impeccably clean, and the location was perfect. The house was tastefully decorated, the beds were all comfortable, and even the layout of the bedrooms was perfect to accommodate our family. The common area was comfortable, with plenty of seating. We spent much of our time at the beach, with easy access from the multilevel deck, but we also enjoyed movies on the multiple large screen TVs and enjoyed some friendly competition at the ping pong table. My grandsons went crazy when they saw the big tub of beach toys, and the adults loved the quality of beach chairs for our use. The elevator came in handy to get luggage and groceries up to the main 3rd floor. This property was all that we asked for and more. I highly recommend!

Clean, well-maintained, spacious, and well-equipped home on the beach. Adequate parking for 4 cars on the driveway. We loved the sea views from both levels and the convenient location for easy shopping. The welcome kit was super helpful as was the Blue Anchor team. Kitchen had enough pots and pans for all our cooking. A few more coffee cups would have been even better - but then we were 9 of us guzzling tea and coffee all the time. ????

Could not ask for a better location! The house is fantastic and the beach is your backyard! Great coffee shops, restaurants and bars are also a very short walk away. My guests and I had a fabulous time, and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had over the weekend. Highly recommend!

Our family had such a memorable week. From the pre-booking questions to our final vacation day, all of our contacts from Blue Anchor Property Management were quick to respond, attentive, and very helpful.
The property was very clean, cozy, and fully equipped with all we would need for a fun, relaxing, and stress-free vacation on the beach. The home elevator was certainly a bonus as we have a paralyzed dog that gets around on wheels.

This was our family's second year coming to Surf City and first experience with Blue Anchor and this property. The place was ideal with it's beachfront location and proximity to the city center. Courtney was exceptional throughout the entire process: booking, check in, and quickly ironing out one small maintenance issue. The house had some general wear and tear but overall was an amazing place to spend a week with family with ample space and beautiful views.

My family has been coming to NC for vacation for 20 years. We quickly fell in love with Surf City our first stay 4 years ago and have been back every year since. Shore Bet has been our favorite house we've stayed in yet. An absolutely beautiful clean house with all of the amenities a family may need. We were in the heart of Surf City and out family was able to walk everywhere needed. 4 families met this summer at Shore Bet for a wonderful week of memories. Wonderful Beach House

Our family had a wonderful time on our beach vacation. The house was everything we wanted in a beach house. There was plenty of seating, the beds were comfortable, the house was stocked with everything we could think of needing, decor was very pretty, I could go on and on. The house location could not of been more perfect, besides the amazing beach views, it was a short walk to the majority of the stores and restaurants. We had a great stay and no issues, we did ask for an additional set of bathroom towels and they were quick and friendly in getting it to us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in this lovely home!

Great place for family vacation. Being right on the ocean was so convenient with little kids. The house is amazing with very well thought amenities and everything you need from top (kitchen) to bottom (beach supplies). Much more than a typical beach rental. I can’t think of anything we “wished” it had!
Courtney at Blue Anchor was very responsive and flexible. She checked to make sure we were able to check in without issue and again during the week to see if anything was needed.

Amazing vacation spot!

I can't say enough good things about Shore Bet. The house and location were perfect. Plenty of room for all! The beach location was perfect - close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants in Surf City but far enough away you are out of the hustle and bustle!
Definitely the best stocked house I have ever stayed in. Kitchen had everything you could need and more - you don't need to bring anything except your bathing suit! Boogie boards, beach chairs, towels - all there! We will definitely be back!

Tranquil beach sounds and family friendly

Property was really great. Well equipped kitchen amenities, beach gear, and other appointments, clean and a fantastic location on the beach. For people who struggle with stairs or if you have a lot of stuff to bring up, there is an elevator. The management company was superb- responsive, fair and kind. We’ve rented many homes over the years and Blue Anchor is by far the best management group to date. Comfortable furnishings, plenty of space and good outdoor spaces including a small fenced enclosure for dogs to do their business. Loved hearing the ocean waves- tranquil bliss.

Great place for our April vacation

This place was amazing! Location was awesome as it was close to restaurants, the pier and great place on the beach. The house was very dog friendly, they had a place for the dogs to potty while using the deck to walk around and not get out. The house was very clean, well decorated, loved that it had a washer and dryer, kids bunk room had toys and games as well. We did have an issue with the keyless entry, property manager had a solution within an hour and gave us a giftcard for the inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Our family got to spend the past month at Shore Bet and it could not have been a better stay. The house really is beautiful. It is obvious the moment you arrive that the owners love this house and that it is managed extremely well. It couldn’t have a more beautiful view or access to the beach. Even on cold or stormy days, it was heavenly to look out from all the large windows at the gorgeous ocean views. I brought some pots and pans along with kitchen items, assuming this house would be sparse in the kitchen like most rentals usually are, but that wasn’t the case. The kitchen is very well-stocked, including stainless steal pots and pans, and even a Kitchen Aid stand mixer! Our children loved the bunk room and the closet with board games and the beach toys provided. I was really impressed with how clean everything was. The whole house was spotless when we arrived and made the home that much more comfortable. Denise was always prompt in correspondence and so kind in person. Overall, I couldn't recommend this house more. Our whole family was sad to leave!! Thank you for an amazing stay!

This is our second time visiting Surf City and staying at the Shore Bet. On this trip we celebrated my birthday. It was also a celebration of my pup, Razz, and her one year surviving cancer. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home. We had a starter bag with goodies in it. I even received a happy birthday balloon! The home is decorated to put you in a beach mood. The last time we visited I suggested new pans as the older ones were not good. I was so pleased to see new pans! The home has everything you need! You are just steps away from the sandy beach. The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely stunning! We love Surf City and this beautiful home. We can’t wait to visit this amazing island and home again!

Definitely will return to this property for our next stay in Surf City. House was exactly as described on Air B&B website. The provided baby gate was a one thing we needed and didn’t pack, so well done! Fully stocked kitchen made meal prep easy. We all fit around the wonderfully large dining table. I especially liked the outdoor hot/cold shower that made clean up after playing on the beach super easy with the kiddos. Our fur babies quickly got used to their private outdoor yard and made taking them out super easy. Close to all the shops snd the pier so we could walk when we didn’t want to load up in the cars to go somewhere. Leaving the home was simple, we just placed all our used linens in the provided laundry bags. I loved the elevator, it made loading and unloading on each floor less of a task.

If you are lucky enough to rent this house, you will not be disappointed! The pictures you see are what you get but more beautiful in person! The views, the island and decor are simply amazing! The house has a private walkway to the beach. If you are not into beaching the views from both balconies are breathtaking! Oh yea and it’s dog friendly! Your pup will have its own little yard to do their business in private! Plus some freedom due to fenced in stairs and balconies.

Perfect Vacation Home

We were able to escape a couple of days to the beach. We rented this house from Courtney. The home is in a perfect location. The views are amazing! The house is decorated with a beach theme. This home is perfect if you have a pet. I absolutely love that I could give my pet some freedom to run. She even had her own tiny yard. We can’t wait to visit Surf City again and hope we can rent this beautiful home again!

Fantastic week!

We go to the beach every summer and have our packing list set. This year we could've packed much lighter because this house had so many extras! We loved how easy the elevator made packing and unpacking. We had a great time playing horseshoes all week and our two year old appreciated all the beach toys. Location was fantastic and even though we were right in Surf City, we had plenty of space on the beach to set up. Booking through Blue Anchor was a breeze. They were very responsive from booking to leaving. And the little extras, like a welcome back with personalized note, definitely set them apart from other realty companies we've booked through in the past. Great experience all around and would definitely booking again!

This 5 bedroom. 3.5 bathroom, beach front property was a great property for our family get together. The porch/board walk went directly to the beach. The house had everything we needed to cook, play games, and relax on the beach. The property was convenient to restaurants and stores, and the grandchildren took an easy morning trip to Jacksonville. We would all recommend this property.
